Interpreting your Spencer Stuart Individual Leadership Style Profile
Hawthorn Club women who had undertaken the Women in Energy Survey and completed the Individual Leadership Style Profile, were invited to learn how to interpret their leadership profile results. They had an opportunity to ask questions of Spencer Stuart who administer the profiles to candidates and assessment participants.
The profile helps create clarity on your drivers, your daily used strengths, as well as areas of potential misalignment between both. This can help in career path discussions, self-reflection, and as a tool for growth.
The results of the individual surveys are confidential; however we shared an overview of the motivations and underlying drivers of the Hawthorn Club members and discussed how these fit with the women’s experience.
