The theme of this year’s summit is Global Trends: Lessons learned from Executive Women leading the Energy Transition.

The Summit will feature over 100 leading female energy executives from around the world. Building on the success of the 2018 Summit, the event will cover the latest trends and issues impacting the energy industry, highlighting the role of women in the transformation of the sector.

As members of the Hawthorn Club, we are not executives who discuss women’s issues, rather we are the executive women who are changing the sector. But of course, the yardstick for our success as thought leaders is how our conversations and our content translates into practical commercial success.
